By signing up for or using Hello Home Reminders, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Hello Home Reminders is a free email reminder service for property owners. We send periodic maintenance reminders based on your property type and preferences. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of reminder schedules for any specific property.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your property information and for taking appropriate action based on any reminders you receive. Hello Home Reminders is not a substitute for professional home inspection or maintenance services.
4. Marketing Partners
Emails may include co-branding from white-label partners (realtors, brokers, etc.) or vendor sponsorship messages. These are clearly disclosed in the email footer. Inclusion of a sponsor does not constitute an endorsement of any specific vendor or service.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hello Home Reminders shall not be liable for any damages arising from your reliance on reminder content, failure to receive a reminder, or any vendor service you engage with via the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, which for free users is zero.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hudson County, New Jersey.
